Praise the Lord for longer days. I need them. This way, it feels like I haven't been at work all day because there's still light when I get home! Hooray! Like right now? It's 7:21 and it's still light outside and snowing but snow is pretty in the light, no?
Yesterday Adam & I took off to Peek'n Peak for a ski! We haven't been since last March and it was such a powdery day- so nice. We were like 'swish, swish, woosh woosh.' We ended the day with supper at Cold Stone Creamery- nutricious! It was a most excellent weekend- I got to hang out with the husby all weekend (and Powers) before Adam has to hit the books again- neuroanatomy. Yum.

OK-your Mom is having to run in the complete dark again-but that's ok since you now have more light after work. I did see a GLORIOUS sunrise just as I finished that 5 miles!
Good thing he is going to school to be a doctor and not a dietician. I always thought that would suck the big one being married to a dietician or having a dietician for a mom. It would take the joy out of eating.
When I was growing up through grade school and high school we had season passes to peak n peek and my dad would drive us up there every Friday night. Mom would stay home because her feet got cold.....whhaaaaa wussy mom.
Only went to Peek'n Peak a couple times. When I was at Edinboro none of my buds were skiers and I didn't have a car. No, I didn't walk there....
Awww.I love Peek n Peak. Promise me that this summer you both will go another 30 min. to Chautauqua Institute. If you visit on Sunday it is free to get in! It is SO beautiful on a summer day!
Please let powers in the house.......he looks as if he has been out there long enough hehehehe.
