I walked up to the grocery store to return a movie to the red box rental machine. A mentally-handicapped man was sitting on the park bench beside the machine and whistled at me while I put the movie into the machine. I turned and looked at him with a bemused expression. He glanced down at my hand and, noticing my ring, grimaced. He then looked back at me and innocently said, "And how is your husband doing on this fine day?"
Too funny.

HEY--a little whistle makes a girl feel GREAT! When the cars on the interstate honk while I am running across the overpass, it makes my day--no matter that it is dark and they are a long way away--couldn't possibly know what I look like or how old I am. I just take the compliment and GO!
That's awesome :) So cute. I always love it when the kids at school tell me I look "cute" (and usually it's a day when I have a t-shirt on!) And I agree with your mom...it doesn't matter who it is, it can still make you feel good!
Hey Girl, when you're hot, you're hot!
