Let's Review.
I detest the sound of people touching balloons and the sound that pieces of styrofoam rubbing against each other make. (Incidentally, I was just trying to spell "styrofoam" like this: "Styrophone". I think that's how I always say it, too! Augh, I'm an idiot! It's like that episode of Everyone Loves Raymond where he's asked to be on the t.v. show and says "ax" instead of "ask" and "astericks" instead of "asterisk." Anyone?) Anywhoos, those are the noises that I detest. Some people can't stand to hear toenails or fingernails clipped. I think that's strange- it's barely a noise. It's like a click. An everyday click.

Well, I discovered a new sound that I couldn't stand. On Thursday, the kids were painting giraffes and elephants. They got the paint ALL over the table! One whole table was grey! Well, once the paint had dried some of the kids were trying to scratch it off. YIKES! The sound was worse than fingernails on a chalkboard. It was making my skin crawl. Though I appreciated their help, I quickly dismissed them to play 'centers' and stop scratching on the table.
I am not really sure what Ann Miller was referring to in the above comment. Perhaps she thinks I have some issues with noises?
I believe that she is implying that, dear cousin.
I hate it when people say expresso when it is espresso.
