Howdy Erie!

Pump, pump the jams. Our pals are moving to Erie! That's right, amigos! Another Texas couple coming to the big Erie to experience the 4 seasons!

Congratulations, Brooke & future doctor Freeland!

They are gonna freeze their nutz off.......make sure you get them a gift basket of cammoflage products/apparels and such so they don't feel out of place when they have to kill a squirrel for their supper. Make sure their truck has a grill on the front for killing deer during a Sunday drive....it cuts down on damage to your car and if their antlers get stuck on the grill it makes a fantastic way to transport it home where you can gut it and skin it for stew.

In response to the previous comments... I was just in Texas and arizona visiting.... I found folks there to be much more of the camo-wearing gun toting, big truck with ru-bar grill on the from driving types.

Anyway welcome to Erie, this town need new folks, even if they are only students here for a while.

I grew up in NW PA, right outside of Erie...lived there 21 years and then got transferred back for 4 years from '98-'02...lived in Tucson from '92-94 and lived in San Antonio from '96-'98. Didn't see much redneck in AZ, but mucho redneck in TX....very much like PA. They like to kill their animals and they LOVE to carry their weapons (I know, my husband was shot while we were there). I am in AR now and they love there cammo here also....even cammo cell phone cases. It takes all kinds..........

Also, you get the day off from school for the 1st day of "deer season"....if that is NOT redneck then I don't know what is. I have lived PA (twice), CA (twice), AZ, TX, NE and now AR and I haven't been in another state that lets their students off for hunting season. I used to live for deer and doe when I was little because I knew we had a day off from school hahahahah.
