The Man Behind The Fetus...

Adam, holding the positive test,  in disbelief over impending fatherhood.

I just want to give a shout-out to my Baby-Daddy, my sweet husband- Adam Rutledge Jennings. In the midst of slight hormonal shiftings, he has been a trooper.  Doing laundry when I really, really wanted to lay on the couch and shut my eyes for a few minutes, eating whatever I didn't have an aversion to at the time and smiling about it, and researching all things baby so that he can fill me in.   He's swooped in and picked up all the things that I've dropped and never made me feel guilty about it.

Even with butt-loads of studying to do, he's been so selfless and so patient.  Plus, he's going to be a great dad.  So, Hey Adam...thanks.  Now, do you want to have ice cream for supper?

OH-CAMILLE-God blessed you with a "Winner". The only way I could have ever let you move so far away was knowing that Adam was taking care of you.

You should SO go on Maury Povich and do "Who is my baby-daddy". Just a thought..................

The 2nd time I was pregnant I could not function....I slept the first 3 months completely....food smell was like rotting flesh, bright light bothered me, sound bothered me.....and if anyone even looked at my boobs they screamed in pain as if they were just pierced with a hot poker. Oh the joys of pregnancy.

Oh. Now your blog got so much more exciting to me! I love baby talk. Now the ultimate question, epidurel or no epidural?

Yay! I'm glad that Baby jennings has finally made his/her debut on the blog scene. Per this post, might I also recommend the movie "baby mama" with Tina Fey? We watched it this weekend and it was funny!

Yeah. About all that. Hopefully by 40 weeks he isn't all wonked out by trying to satisfy all your weird cravings - food and otherwise.

I still have to laugh at the stick........for my last pregnancy. I pee'd on the stick and put it in a jewelry box and wrapped it up....put it in my husbands suit case so when he got to Denver and unpacked his stuff he would see we were pregnant. I also did that with naked pictures one time also.....I am not sure which he liked better. I though the stick was more appealing than my body but whatever floats your boat I guess.....perhaps I need to go on Carson Dailey's "How to look good naked".
