Look Ma, No Hands!

Working on reaching my shelf...

Last night at small group, I made a startling revelation.  And although we were studying about David & Goliath, this particular revelation wasn't about a spirit of boldness or faith....

I discovered that I have a rockin' shelf upon which to balance a cup of tea!  Hoorah!
(maybe a bowl of cereal in a couple of weeks?)

In other fantastic news, I also got a call from my OBGYN.  Aaaaaand, I don't have gestational diabetes!  Praise the Lord and pass the ice cream!  Ever since the first test came back with elevated levels, Adam has been the carb/sugar police just in case I have gestational diabetes.  And let me tell you...that has not been too much fun.  He reads labels, measures out serving sizes, and has all-around been cutting out much of the fun in life (all because of love, of course).  So, I am excited that he can hang up his sugar police badge and return to Adam Jennings:  kick-butt husband.

To celebrate...a spot of tea?  With sugar?

Guess what, I GOT TO THE POINT that I could balance a plate on top of that belly! I KNOW you are excited to hear that!

We are thankful to God for a good report!

So funny! and Im SOOO glad that your test came back and as bethany said "your pancreas is still working" :) I hope you got coldstone for dinner.. and I hope Henry danced and went crazy to show you how much he loved it. Therefore meaning that you need to eat more of it - because you love him and only want what makes him happy.
